Candace “Cea” Hartley

Experienced Florida Attorney

Candace “Cea” Hartley is the newest addition to the Serrano Law family. She is licensed to practice law in the State of Florida and has been a member in good standing of the Florida Bar since 2015. Prior to joining Serrano Law, Ms. Hartley was a personal injury attorney at Farah and Farah in Tampa. Viewed as a leader within the firm, Candace developed a long list of personal and professional accomplishments to her credit during her tenure there. In the courtroom, she is a fierce advocate for clients who need to get their cases heard, while outside of the courtroom her friendly and down-to-earth demeanor makes every client feel as if they’re part of the Serrano family. During her undergrad years at Marion University, she graduated Magna Cum Laude as a student-athlete, earning multiple athletic, leadership, academic honors, and awards, including being an ESPN Softball All-American. In law school, Ms. Hartley interned with the Jacksonville Jaguars legal department. She also received Pro Bono Honors, a Certificate in Business Law and Legal Research and Writing, and received the FCSL Law Student Recognition Award for leadership, as voted by her peers. All of these accolades and experiences were achieved because, in her own words, she “flat out has the drive to win.” She never stops until she gets the outcome she is looking for, and she comes to Serrano Law with a background and experience that have prepared her well for what we do each and every day for our clients. Ms. Hartley sees her work as a call to service to protect people from big insurance companies and prioritizes putting the fight to them to fully compensate clients for what they have been through. Her goal with every case is threefold—to get her clients every bit of compensation possible for their accident, to help them find the right providers and get the treatment that helps them in their recovery, and to help finally bring them closure for their ordeal. When not busy with her cases, Ms. Hartley enjoys spending time with her husband and little girl. If it’s during the softball season, you will often find her coaching during her downtime or on the sidelines, enjoying all the action.
