There is absolutely no guidance for juries on how they should come up with a pain and suffering award— it just has to be fair and just, in light of the circumstances. This can depend on how the jury perceives you, how you do in a deposition, how you are currently experiencing pain, and there is absolutely no way to predict accurately what your case would be worth.
